Little Red Heart 5K
To Honor. To Remember. To Give Hope.
The Little Red Heart 5K’s mission is to celebrate life, honor those who were donors, pay tribute to those who received, offer hope to those who continue to wait and remember the lives lost waiting for the gift of life.

The LifeShare Foundation invites you to spend a morning with our loving and supportive community, whether you walk, run or simply attend the event and celebrate life.

With funds raised from the Little Red Heart 5K, our Foundation supports the activities and initiatives of LifeShare of Oklahoma to help save more lives through organ and tissue donation.

This event will be timed by EnMotive and is a USATF Sanctioned Event.

​Join us for a fun-filled celebration including music, Head Country breakfast, prizes and activities for all ages. Ticket prices go up on October 15!

Virtual Race $35
All registered runners and walkers attending the race will receive a medal, t-shirt and breakfast. Social only tickets will receive a t-shirt and breakfast. No pets allowed on the course. Strollers only allowed in the 1 mile.

Virtual Race

Be a part of the Little Red Heart 5K – even if you can’t be here in person!

With our Virtual Race option, you choose the time and place to walk or run your 5K (3.1 miles). Your 5K can be done on your favorite running path, while on vacation or around your neighborhood. We encourage you to send us your photos at 5K@lifeshareok.org or use #LRH5K on any social media platform.

Virtual Race shirts and medals will be mailed the first week of November.
 
Virtual Race Rules
  • Cost is $35, which includes mailing costs to ship you your shirt and medal.
  • Virtual runners cannot run in the Official Course race.
  • All 3.1 miles should be completed within one day/session and there is no time limit.
  • Your finish time will not be posted, nor will you be eligible for any male/female awards.
  • Shirts and medals will be mailed to the address listed on the registration.

Honoring Your Hero

Create and wear a t-shirt to identify your team, create a poster before the race and walk with it, and/or decorate a wagon or stroller. Strollers only allowed in the 1 mile.

Packet Pick Up

Team captains and individual registrants can pick up their packets from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday, November 1 at LifeShare Headquarters, 4705 N.W. Expressway, Oklahoma City, OK 73132 or you can pick it up the morning of the race at the Registration table beginning at 7:30 a.m.
